Lance Dustin, Senior Chaplain – Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy (PLEC)

Chaplain Lance has served as a Law Enforcement Chaplain for over 26 years. In that time, he has served two different Law Enforcement Chaplaincies, and held a Supervisory role within those agencies. Most recently, he retired from a seventeen and a half year career as a Deputy Probation Officer in Yolo County.
