The next luncheon meeting is scheduled on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 11:00am.  This luncheon is will be held at the Timber Creek Ballroom at Sun City Roseville. 


MENU (plated meal)

Regular Meal: Sliced Peppered Roast Beef with creamy horseradish spread, romaine lettuce, tomato and provolone cheese served on a brioche bun. Served with potato salad

The cost is $23.00 at the door and $24.24 when paid by credit card.

Vegetarian Meal: Vegetable Wrap with romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, avocado, red onion, red bell peppers, pepperoncini and parmesan with a red wine vinaigrette served on a spinach tortilla. Served with potato salad

GUEST SPEAKER

Our April Guest Speakers are from the Placer County District Attorney’s Office and will discuss their Placer PROTECT program.

Placer PROTECT is a vital program initiated by the Placer County District Attorney’s Office, dedicated to safeguarding the well being of senior citizens. It functions as a collaborative effort, bringing together law enforcement, non-profit organizations, and other community partners to combat elder abuse, including physical, financial, and emotional exploitation.

Placer PROTECT provides a range of services, such as victim advocacy, fraud prevention education, and community outreach, aiming to raise awareness and offer support to vulnerable seniors. Through initiatives like the “Placer PROTECT Presents” online series and a dedicated fraud hotline, the program strives to empower seniors with knowledge and resources to protect themselves from abuse and scams


Deadline for registering is 6:00 pm, Thursday, April 3. Only Active Members can sign up for the luncheon. Register for luncheon by replying to the Constant Contact email that you receive.

Guest approvals should be submitted 16 days (D-16) prior to, but no later than 9 days (D-9) prior to the luncheon date (D). Only Fully vetted guests will be granted complimentary meals. After approval is received, register your guest as a Prospective New Member Guest for the luncheon by replying to the Constant Contact email that you receive.
