Our speaker for the March lunch will be Robert Dugan. He is imminently qualified to talk about mining in California. He is President and CEO, California Construction and Industrial Materials Association (which the California Mining Association merged with). He is Chair, Placer County Water Agency and Past President, Sierra College Foundation. Did you know that the value of mined industrial materials exceeded $2B as long ago as 1992 in California?
