We are a group of 6 or 7 guys that like to test our skills @ Smoking and or grilling various types of meat. We meet May through October on the Second Thursday of each month. We have done things like make our own jerky, Dry age and smoke a prime rib, smoked 2 pork butts, smoked a brisket, surf and turf with Halibut and Filet, and many more. The point is we are all learning and sharing our ideas. If we have too many guys, we can always have a second group. Each member is responsible for hosting and cooking. With the high cost of beef, we all chip in to help with the cost. An occasional adult beverage is known to be had.  Come Join us!
