We started a new cooking or should I say Bar-B-Que grilling group these past few months. First a little history, we started with making some Beef Jerky on a Traeger Grill. We had several hours of SLOW cooking that made delicious beef jerky. We ate some of it there and took a lot more home. The next outing, we slow cooked Brisket. It was started at 7:30 in the morning and finished around 5 for dinner. Again, we made so much that we took a lot home. The 3rd outing, we slow cooked Pork Butt, started at 7:30 in the morning and finished about 5. And we again took a lot home.
Our next Bar-B-Que is scheduled for July 27th. If you would like to participate, give Joe Alameida, Gary Carrier, Mike Kearns or Stephen Eastman a call. We have a couple of openings for our SIR friends.
